Based on more than ten years educational background in several countries in Europe, North America, and Japan, and the working experiences at McGill University, Dr. Yao Lu, CEO of EPS, manages quite many resources.

EPS has built up deep connections with China medical society and developed business spreading throughout China, covering nearly 300 hundred hospitals. Meanwhile, EPS has established strategic link and partnerships with hospitals, healthcare centers, research centers and universities in North America, Europe and Japan.

Having collaborated with Chinese medical society and the healthcare intellectuals all over the world, EPS has successfully organized hospital tours, medical conferences, and training program in hospital management and cooperated with pharmaceutical manufacture to develop new medicines.
